Payment by check must clear before shipping.
There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. Order online using Paypal or you can phone in your order.
Our local customers can call or e-mail an order and pick up at one of our shows.(See Show List category.)
Do not send cash we are not responsible for cash lost in the mail.

(In stock items will ship next day). If items are out of stock we can advise you if and when they will be available again.


Shipping
Our preferred shipping method is USPS.
Shipping fees are calculated at check out.
Shipping for each Creative Name purchase is $3.00 per item. Shipping discounts will be given for a multi item purchase. Shipping will then be accessed according to weight and zip.
Insurance is optional but recommended.
NYS residents will be charged sales tax.
We do not ship International at this time, we only accept U.S orders.


Disclaimer - Return Policy
Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees including returns. Please verify your order and your shipping address. Please keep all original packaging. Please call or e-mail us, we will do our best to satisfy you.
